Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Recruiter role located at Sunway Medical Centre in Bandar Sunway. The Recruiter will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates. The candidate will collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and create effective recruitment plans. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining a talent pool, staying informed about industry trends, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes
• Minimum 4 to 5 years experience in end‑to‑end recruitment
• Ability to develop and implement effective hiring strategies while working collaboratively with department heads
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in recruitment and human resources management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms / social media
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
• Prior experience in healthcare recruitment or understanding of the healthcare industry is an advantage
