Job Description

• Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communication professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and cancellations.
• Explain product features, services, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
• Accurately record all customer interactions in the report.
• Assist in customer comments, feedback, and resolutions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requests.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, features, and processes to assist customer decisions.
• Performance reports submission.
• Other tasks to support the overall sales conversion.
