About the role :

As a Section Head - Spray Paint, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of production and to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the production line.

What you'll be doing :

• Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities and operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Oversee the training and development of production staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to operate in a smart factory environment.
• Monitor production output and quality standards to ensure compliance with set guidelines and promptly address any deviations.
• Supervise all production lines for a smooth production operation.
• Coordinate and plan production schedules to achieve production orders.
• Utilize smart factory tools and data analytics to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions.
• Implement advanced manufacturing technologies and automation solutions to optimize production processes and increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations throughout production operation and promote a safe working environment.
• Responsibility is to supervising panel saw machines, edge banding machines and CNC boring machines. To ensure correct work instructions, procedures and parameter setting are followed. Troubleshoot errors and reduce machine down time.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time by superiors or management, including duties that may be transferred within departments or locations due to corporate reorganization.
• To work on shift rotation or extended time as and when necessary to support the production operation.
