Executive Assistant to Director / Personal Assistant
Job Descriptions :
- Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
- Answers and screens ED’s telephone calls and arrange calls.
- Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Arranges detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings when requested.
- Coordinates and arranges meetings.
- Monitor and keep track of office matters as well as ED personal matters.
Job Requirements :
Preferable Diploma in Secretary / STPM or competency across in full range of secretary functions.Fluent in oral and written skill of English and Malay languagesProficiency in Microsoft Office.Fresh graduates with no experience are encourage to apply.
