Overnight Concierge Mandarin & Cantonese Speaker (Remote, Malaysia)

Job descriptionFluency in Cantonese, Mandarin & English (both spoken and written) Strong customer service experience, ideally in luxury, hospitality, or concierge services Excellent time management & multitasking skills — you'll be handling multiple high-priority requests Calm and professional demeanor, even under pressure Independent, self-motivated, and accountable - especially in a remote, overnight setting A passion for solving problems, helping others, and exceeding expectations Familiarity with APAC markets, especially Greater China, is a plus Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIP clients is highly valued This is a full-time remote position based in Malaysia Working hours : 10 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM (MYT), including weekends and public holidays You must have the legal right to work in Malaysia Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written). Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills, able to communicate calmly and professionally with both members and suppliers at all times. Strong ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. A genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, with a proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the tact and diplomacy needed to handle complex situations effectively. Outstanding time management and multi-tasking abilities to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a drive to meet deadlines and maintain high standards. Enthusiasm for working in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Experience supporting Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in customer service, dining, ticketing, or hospitality is a plus. What You'll Be Doing
- Serve as a trusted advisor for our premium members — delivering personalized assistance across dining, travel, entertainment, retail, and lifestyle needs.
- Communicate confidently and professionally with members via phone, chat, and email.
- Handle and resolve complex, high-touch requests with care, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proactively recommend services and experiences aligned with member preferences and past usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and follow-up on every request.
- Translate and localize member communications where needed (Mandarin / Cantonese).
- Maintain strong documentation in our internal CRM systems
