Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Operations at our Batu Kawan site while also managing key business accounts in Penang.
• Act as the primary liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end execution — from planning, logistics, operations, IT, HR to finance.
• Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with Customs, HSSE, and regulatory requirements by customers / authorities.
• Track KPIs, identify risks early, and implement solutions to keep projects and business activities on schedule.
• Present updates and strategic recommendations directly to senior management.
