Purchasing Executive

Job descriptionSource suppliers and maintain listing in order to obtain best prices, timely suppliers and prompt service. Select product for purchase by testing, observing or examining items and estimate values according to knowledge of market price. Maintaining minimum inventory levels consistent with production schedule requirements and without incurring stock out condition. Maintain procurement records such as items or services purchase, costs, delivery, product quality or performance and inventories. Perform other tasks as and when required by the superior. Basic salary offers commensurate based on the relevant working experiences Fix monthly transportation allowance Daily meal allowance Unlimited on medical expenses (common illness) Free meal and daily tea break at in house cafeteria Covered under group insurance, specialist, dental and yearly medical check-up etc.

Qualifications & experience
- Degree in Business Administration or any course with 1 years relevant working experiences.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good in mathematics and negotiation skill.
- Ability to speak and / write in Mandarin as the role requires candidates to liaise with oversea - Mandarin speaking clients and suppliers as value added.
