Project Executive, Influencer Marketing

We are seeking someone who is capable of managing projects from initiation to completion. This includes liaising with clients, planning and organizing project deliverables, and ensuring timely delivery. The successful candidate should also be an effective communicator among team members and stakeholders, providing solutions to any arising issues and maintaining the overall performance of the project.

What you will do :

• Organize and maintain the backend database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Categorize data to streamline processes and improve data retrieval efficiency.
• Source for influencers suitable for the campaign based on campaign / proposal requirements.
• Negotiate with influencers and confirm them for the campaign.
• Create influencer contracts for each influencer.
• Brief influencers on content requirements and guidelines, ensuring that they submit content drafts which align with the campaign brief.
• Talk influencers through paid media access requests.
• Schedule influencers for content submission and posting.
• Ensure influencers adhere to the timeline provided.
• Be the day-to-day contact for influencer inquiries, content edits, etc.
• Collect and compile all analytics from influencers after postings have been done.
• Provide daily campaign updates to campaign leads.
