We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Operations Manager to lead a high-impact inside sales program for a global tech client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing remote and hybrid sales teams, and is passionate about driving conversion through strategic enablement.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a large-scale inside sales team focused on SMB and mid-market outreach.
- Drive performance across lead qualification, pipeline generation, and deal closure metrics.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to align sales goals, forecast volumes, and implement growth strategies.
- Monitor CRM hygiene, funnel velocity, and agent productivity to ensure consistent performance.
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and Sales Agents across multilingual markets.
- Partner with QA, Training, and WFM teams to ensure operational excellence and readiness.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- 8+ years in BPO or sales operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing inside sales teams.
- Strong understanding of SaaS or tech sales cycles, preferably in APAC or global markets.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
