Sales Lead, Buyer Self-Collect

Responsibilities

• Crafting monthly sales strategies and activities to achieve target assigned.
• Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points.
• On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets.
• Manage a group of sales contract staffs to ensure group targets are met.
• Monitor collection points' performance by Areas to ensure meeting company’s direction.
• Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape, in respective Areas.
• Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed.
• To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners.
