Sales Acquisition Executive, Buyer Self-Collect - SPX Express

Responsibilities
- Crafting monthly sales strategies and activities to achieve target assigned
- Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points
- On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets
- Manage a group of sales contract staffs to ensure group targets are met
- Monitor collection points' performance by Areas to ensure meeting company’s direction
- Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape, in respective Areas
- Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed
- To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX’s long term partners
Qualifications
Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, MarketingBased in designated region with own transportationEquipped with door sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Telco, Payment or Insurance industryInnovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordinglyExcellent command of English, along with the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu to communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds; Mandarin is a bonus especially in targeted AreasOpen to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needsSeniority level
