Job Description

• Achieve agreed sales and contribution target / budget and promote Sika products to all potential customers in the designated territory.
• The development of new business within respective area with the support of the Target Market Managers (TMMs), Specification Team & Technical Service Team.
• The implementation of sales and marketing objectives for the respective area.
• Provision of necessary customer, product & market information as directed by the superior to enable the necessary regional support requirements to be realised.
• Manage and develop customer relationship of designated global & regional key account customers together with the Key Project Management team.
• Effectively respond to market conditions and customer requirements.
• Work effectively together with other team members to ensure maintenance and development of customer relationships which cross geographical boundaries.
• Record daily activities in a timely fashion within the company Salesforce database.
