In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Assemble actuators according to Emerson’s specifications and assembly instructions.
- Support company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure alignment with Emerson standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Ensure production output meets Emerson’s quality standards.
- Assist other assemblers and team members in daily production activities.
- Perform material picking and preparation of components when required to support lean manufacturing lines.
- Identify and report potential issues or opportunities for improvement to the manager.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

You are a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a team-oriented production environment. You take pride in producing high-quality work, value safety and efficiency, and are committed to continuous improvement. You collaborate effectively and are proactive in supporting your team to meet production goals.For This Role, You Will Need :
1–2 years of experience in assembly, repair, or maintenance work.Ability to read and follow assembly instructions accurately.Basic mechanical knowledge and skills.Strong attention to quality and detail.Ability to understand, read, and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart :
