Job descriptionDegree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent. Proven experience in sales, business development, or agency systems, with a focus on team leadership. Fluent in English and Mandarin, with knowledge of major Mandarin dialects as a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 years of experience in a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with a strategic mindset to drive results. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
Overview
Oversee daily sales operations and agency development to meet targets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales and manpower, resolve agent issues, facilitate effective communication, and gather market feedback.
- Strengthen relationships between agents and the company, track agent performance across various duties, and motivate them to enhance sales activities.
- Provide guidance on recruitment, marketing strategies, training and agency & company activities.
- Coordinate with other departments and handle any other tasks assigned by superiors.
