Job Scope :
To assist and monitor healthcare product selling at all branches in accordance to target and KPI set by the company.
To drive and support healthcare product sales to achieve company's goal and KPI. Act as mentor, provide coaching and on the job training to front liners in healthcare products selling.
Motivate and monitor individual sellers of all branches to ensure their sales performance and product knowledge is up to expectation. Request and arrange training for sellers whenever required.
Ensure all outlets carry sufficient healthcare products and the display rack is well organised and presentable
Work closely with marketing team to plan and create promotion, campaign and event to boost healthcare products sales
Any other duties and assignments that may be entrusted to you by the management from time to time
Requirements :
Science graduate (preferable Nutrition background) with healthcare supplements selling experience
At least 2 years' experience in supervising role and poses good analytic and coaching skills
Pleasant personality with good inter-personal skill
Willing to travel nationwide
