Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling, managing, and resolving capital equipment breakdowns for both customer sites and office use.
- Perform Installation of Demo Equipment and Testing & Commissioning of New Equipment.
- Maintain and Manage Capital Equipment PPM Schedule and Record (Office and Customer).
- Perform contract services / ad-hoc services / warranty services for Installed Capital Equipment.
- Receive, Inspect and Record Incoming Arthrex Shipments.
- Maintain and Update Product Listing for both Stocks and Assets. Ensure accurate records, conduct regular counts and prevent item loss or misplacement.
- Support Event Arrangements by working with the Sales Team on pre-event preparation, providing on-site technical support, and managing post-event wrap up and reporting.
- Conduct training for capital equipment for office purpose (sales team and warehouse & logistic team).
- Attend surgeries when company’s products are used.
- Required to work extra hours and non-working days on rotation basis.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Biomedical studies.Experience in biomedical equipment servicing or applications preferred.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently, with strong customer service orientation.Must be willing to travel nationwide (via flight or driving) and possess own vehicle with valid driving license.Required to work after office hours and on-call on non-working days.Fully vaccinated for covid-19.#J-18808-Ljbffr
