Quality Control Engineer

Focal point of QC / QA for all welding activities and work. Lead on the preparation of WPS / WQT, total review of all existing WPS, and continuously monitor welding quality / inspection. Responsible in implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System ISO 9001 : 2015 at TWM

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

• Responsible for preparation of project procedure, ITP, Quality plan, NDE map
• Assist Quality Manager for Code and Standard interpretation, implementation, and compliance
• Responsible for monitoring the new product line prototype testing preparation starting from design until completed
• Assist Quality Manager for the factory registration and audit by the related legislation
• Prepare quality documentation related to the new product line
• Perform details analysis on the failure / potential failure / corrective / preventive action and promoting continual improvement and to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Perform any other tasks related to Leans, 5S, Safety and Overall QA / QC that may be assigned from time to time.
