Overview
We are looking Ecommerce Key Account Manager for our E-platform business (online & offline).
Those who have experience in Lazada / Shopee encourage to apply or have manage offline store (example Watson & Guardian).
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Executive / Manager to lead and grow our online business across key retail platforms such as Guardian and Watson. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales, increase brand visibility, and build strong relationships with E-retail partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with major platforms like Lazada and Shopee, a solid understanding of online consumer trends (including social media and emerging platforms), and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver on sales and marketing objectives. A strong analytical mindset and proven ability to manage and grow E-commerce accounts are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of online business via key e-retailers (e.g., Watsons, Guardian, Shopee, Lazada).
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow revenue across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and adapt to market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activities.
Business Growth & Strategy
Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and increase market share online.Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, IT) to execute go-to-market strategies.Leverage social media platforms (e.g., TikTok) to drive traffic and engagement.Retailer Relationships & Negotiation
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key buyers and e-retail partners.Lead annual business negotiations and partnership agreements.Propose and present product initiatives and promotional plans.Performance Analysis & Reporting
Analyze e-commerce sales reports to identify growth areas and gaps.Set KPIs and track performance across platforms.Use data insights to forecast, plan, and execute promotions effectively.Campaign & Visibility Management
Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize campaign execution during peak sale periods and online events.Ensure optimal brand visibility and product placement across online storefronts.Required Skills / Experience / Competencies
