Senior Associate – Procurement, Asset & Contract Management

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement, Asset & Contract Management Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth operations by managing procurement activities, optimizing asset utilization, and overseeing contract administration to support the successful delivery of our managed services.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware, software and technology assets used in managed services.
 - Track asset lifecycles, monitor utilization, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements and internal policies.
 - Collaborate with technical teams to understand asset and material requirements for managed services operations.
 - Assist in sourcing, procuring and coordinating the delivery of assets, ensuring timely acquisitions.
 - Liaise with vendors and assist in negotiating terms and agreements.
 - Assist in contract renewals, extensions and amendments.
 - Assist in developing and implementing standardized processes for asset tracking, procurement and contract management.
 - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
 - Provide support and assist in resolving any procurement or contract-related issues.
 - Maintain accurate records of asset inventory, procurement orders and contract documents.
 - To treat customers’ information and material as private & confidential and shall not at any time during or after the services, for any reason whatsoever disclose or permit to disclose to any person, or otherwise make use of or permit to be made use of any information and material relating to the customers’ technology, technical process, business affairs or finances.
 - Any other duties assigned from time to time.
