Holista Group is a publicly listed Australian wellness company (ASX : HCT) with a strong presence in Malaysia. We specialize in health supplements and nutrition products, including trusted brands like PRISTIN Omega-3 Fish Oil and LACTO-5 Probiotics , available in pharmacies and healthcare outlets nationwide.
We are looking for a Senior Brand Executive to focus on developing brand awareness, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms. The incumbent will drive initiatives that build consumer trust, increase visibility, and position our products as leading choices in the wellness and healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategies to increase awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, retail, and medical channels).
- Manage product positioning, messaging, and branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, sales data, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, NPD, digital) to align brand activities with overall business objectives.
- Coordinate and support product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, and trade events.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including agencies, designers, media, and healthcare professionals.
- Propose creative initiatives to enhance brand visibility (social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, PR activities, etc.).
- Track competitor activities and recommend strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present regular brand performance reports to management.
- Establish brand identity.
Requirements
Minimum Degree in Pharmacy / Food Science / Nutrition / Life Sciences, Business or Marketing background with relevant experience working in health supplements or nutritional food.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in health supplements, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or healthcare industry.Experience in developing multi-channel marketing programs for retail pharmacies, modern trade and others.Experience in digital marketing is a MUST and new product launch would be preferable.Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Strong written and verbal persuasion skills, analytical, creative and innovativeService oriented, mature, hardworking, coachable, well-groomed, well-organized and self-initiated team player with business awareness.Proven ability to grow a brand, increase market share, and drive awareness through successful campaign execution.Independent, meticulous and resourceful with good organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications etcWhy Join Us?
