We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive offline sales growth through direct engagement with dealers, distributors, and customers across Malaysia. This role requires long-term stays in assigned states to develop new markets, strengthen customer relationship and generate consistent revenue from both existing and new accounts. Working closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams, you will execute ground-level sales activities and customer satisfaction.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Visit dealers and distributors regularly to collect orders, check inventory, and introduce new products or promotions.Promote company products effectively, highlighting product advantages, seasonal trends, and available marketing support.Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, repeat sales and brand presence.Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and provide progress updates to the superior.2. Market Development Identify and secure new offline sales opportunities within assigned territories. Onboard new dealers by supporting accurate product listing, display, and merchandising standards. Provide dealers and distributors with product education and practical sales strategies to motivate them and increase sell-through.3. Order & Payment Management Follow up on order fulfillment, deliveries, and resolve issues promptly. Work with Finance and Admin to monitor payments and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate documentation of orders, payments, and product returns.4. Campaign Support & Market Feedback Implement trade promotions, seasonal campaigns, and dealer programs developed by Marketing and Business Development. Provide timely insights on product performance, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Share on-the-ground feedback to guide marketing strategies and campaign improvements.5. Internal Coordination Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and trade exhibitions as required.Requirements
Minimum SPM qualification; Certificate or Diploma in Business or related field preferred. A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail, wholesale, or the FMCG industry. Candidates with strong practical experience but without formal qualifications are encouraged to apply.Willingness to travel nationwide and stay in assigned states for extended periods when required.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Energetic, goal-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.Familiar with Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic sales tools.Passion for fishing or outdoor sports is a plus, though not required.What can I earn as an Outdoor Sales Executive
