Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on B2B sales of the company\'s plastic products.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position Exaltech\'s offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target companies, acting as a trusted advisor and solutions provider.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate the value proposition of Exaltech\'s products and services.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and providing ongoing account management support.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing sales pipeline, forecasting accurately, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
