Proses Instrumen Sdn Bhd is a growing engineering solutions company specializing in process instrumentation, Siemens system integration, and industrial automation for various industries including water, wastewater, palm oil, food & beverage, chemical, and manufacturing. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a dedicated and self‑driven Business Development Engineer (Sales) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle sales coverage for Southern Malaysia, including Johor Bahru.
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Conduct site visits and attend technical meetings with customers.
- Coordinate with OEMs, principals, and suppliers on technical and commercial matters.
- Work towards achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Support after‑sales coordination with internal technical team and customers.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in process instrumentation, industrial automation, engineering equipment, or related industries.Technical knowledge in instrumentation, PLC, SCADA, sensors, flow, level, pressure, and analyzers is an added advantage.Able to communicate professionally with customers, prepare quotations / proposals, attend site visits, and support technical discussions.Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin is an advantage.Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.Benefits
