Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the customer base. Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and customer needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to drive sales campaigns. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Proven track record in sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong skills in customer relationship management. Ability to strategically analyze the market and competition. Experience in increasing sales transaction size and volume. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
