Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Executive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the customer order and liaise with Production Department for production planning and delivery to customer.
• Prepare Official Order according to the Purchase Order and obtain approval prior to distribution to Production Department.
• Follow up with the order if necessary, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.
• Follow up closely with Urgent Order, Cancelled Order, On-hold Order and report customer feedback to Sales Admin Manager immediately.
• Maintain cordial relationship with customer through telecommunication.
• Recommend and implement the appropriate strategy of the Company if necessary to improve sales.
