Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least SPM / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, any field. Applicants must be willing to work in Rawang Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent. School leavers / fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training provided) We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the customer order and liaise with Production Department for production planning and delivery to customer.
- Prepare Official Order according to the Purchase Order and obtain approval prior to distribution to Production Department.
- Follow up with the order if necessary, coordinate with the production personnel on production scheduling, delivery date arrangement and communicate with customer frequently.
- Follow up closely with Urgent Order, Cancelled Order, On-hold Order and report customer feedback to Sales Admin Manager immediately.
- Maintain cordial relationship with customer through telecommunication.
- Recommend and implement the appropriate strategy of the Company if necessary to improve sales.
