Job Description
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the business objectives and its competitive advantages by actively monitoring the competitive landscape and providing business plans for the business initiatives.
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
Lead the execution of strategic business and oversee business performance and profitability of multiple project initiatives.
Identify business opportunities and build a strong pipeline.
Work with other teams to target the right market and deliver an excellent user experience.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech teams, etc. to identify levers for achieving business performance targets.
Qualifications
You have solid experience of at least 4 years in Sales / Business Development / relevant fields.
You are self motivated, driven to win, and not afraid to take a no. You take pride in your ability to consistently achieve your sales targets.
You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to lead discussions on problem identifications and recommendation evaluations.
You are a quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic industry and a strong drive to make things happen.
You are data-driven - must be able to effectively use data to measure the success of your projects / d
Knowledge or experience of the Marketplace, and / or e-Commerce is a plus.
You are fluent in English
