Regional Sales Manager - Smart IoT Solution

Ready to drive growth in a fast-evolving IoT industry? Our client is a global leader in IoT-enabled solutions, serving major players in pharma, life sciences, logistics, manufacturing, etc. With its APAC hub in Malaysia, the company is expanding its regional footprint and looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead the charge.

What You’ll Do

Lead business development and sales across APAC.
Build and manage distributor and client networks.
Deliver solution-based IoT and SaaS sales for leading sectors.
Collaborate with global teams and represent the brand at industry events.

What You Bring

5-10 years’ B2B sales experience in technical or regulated industries (pharma, lab, life sciences, etc.).

Track record in regional or APAC market management.Consultative selling approach and strong stakeholder engagement.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and open to frequent travel (~50%).

English fluency; Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
