Location : Kudat, Sabah

Department : Commercial – General Trade

Reports to : Territory Sales Manager

What You'll Do

• Conduct regular market visits to top outlets and ensure daily sales targets are met across assigned areas.
• Achieve volume goals by category / product and maintain productivity standards, including timely payment collection.
• Drive RED activation standards in outlets and foster a culture of excellence in execution.
• Lead and support the Sales Merchandiser and CCRM teams, manage route planning, asset placement, and promotional activities.
• Build strong customer relationships, ensure compliance with company policies, and submit timely reports for continuous improvement.
