Team Leader

Job Responsibilities : -

1. Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, motivate, and support the pet department team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Provide on-the-job training to staff on product knowledge, customer service, and operational processes.
• Set daily and weekly goals for team members and monitor performance.
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring team collaboration and morale.
• Address and resolve any team-related issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

2. Customer Service Excellence

3. Sales Performance and Stock Management

4. Operational Efficiency

Support the Shop Manager in managing operational tasks such as ordering, scheduling, and handling customer transactions.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities :
