What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deliver engaging IT and networking training programs for professionals and corporate clients.
Prepare course materials, practical exercises, and assessments that cater to different learning styles.
Conduct training sessions, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
Stay updated on the latest IT trends, tools, and technologies to ensure training is current and relevant.
Collaborate with industry partners to maintain course quality and program excellence.
Requirements
What You Bring
Solid IT knowledge, including networking, operating systems (Windows / Linux), and digital infrastructure.
Proven experience in training, teaching, or coaching in IT or technical subjects.
Ability to incorporate e-learning and digital tools into training programs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt content for different audiences.
Relevant certifications (Cisco CCNP or equivalent, ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
