Consumer Insights & GTM Manager

Job descriptionStrategic role with cross-functional exposure. Opportunity to influence business direction through insights. Professional growth and development in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather customer and market insights. Analyse consumer behaviour, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to inform business decisions. Translate data into actionable insights and develop dashboards to support planning. Define customer segments, channels, and positioning to support go-to-market strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to develop new products and launch campaigns. Present insights to senior stakeholders and foster a data-driven culture.
The Client
Our client is a leading regional player in the consumer goods industry, recognised for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and delivering high-quality products. They are currently seeking a strategic insights professional to drive market intelligence and support go-to-market planning.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Comes with at least 5 years of experience in market research, customer insights, or strategic planning.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or fieldwork is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in data analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Nielsen.
