Job description

Skop Tugas :

Membantu menghantar invois kepada pelanggan mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
Membantu menghubungi dan membuat susulan dengan pelanggan berkaitan urusan pentadbiran dan pembayaran.
Membantu menjawab panggilan telefon pejabat serta memberikan maklumat yang diperlukan.
Membantu menyediakan dokumentasi berkaitan akaun seperti SST, ringkasan invois dan dokumen berkaitan.
Membantu menguruskan tuntutan (claims) berkaitan syarikat.
Membantu menjadi penghubung antara pegawai operasi dan pelanggan bagi memastikan kelancaran operasi tapak.
Membantu membuat susulan ke atas pembayaran bulanan daripada pelanggan.
Membantu menyediakan dokumen bulanan berkaitan proses penginvoisan.
Membantu mendaftarkan kod kerja baharu bagi setiap tapak baharu yang diterima.
Membantu menyediakan dan menguruskan kontrak serta insurans berkaitan untuk tapak baharu.

Kelayakan Berkaitan :

Pelajar dalam bidang Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan Operasi, Perakaunan, atau setaraf.

Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik serta mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Mempunyai disiplin kerja dan mampu bekerja secara berkumpulan atau sendiri dengan pengawasan minimum.

Waktu Bekerja :

Isnin hingga Jumaat pagi – 6.00 petang

Job Types : Full-time, Internship

Contract length : 4-6 months

Pay : RM500.00 per month

Work Location : In person
