Application Support Engineer

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team that keeps mission‑critical systems running smoothly around the clock? The USTS NOC Team is looking for a dedicated NOC Engineer to support our growing infrastructure and cloud operations.

As part of the NOC team, you’ll collaborate with internal teams to deploy code, manage configuration changes, and provide Tier‑1 support for production systems and services. You’ll also play a key role in monitoring system health, resolving incidents, and ensuring high availability across our cloud‑based environments.

This role involves a 24 / 7 shift rotation , including nights, weekends, and holidays — flexibility is a must.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy software and configuration changes with zero downtime
• Support cloud‑based production systems and services to ensure seamless operation
• Monitor performance and respond to incidents and alerts promptly
• Provide Tier‑1 support for mission‑critical applications
• Maintain and improve team documentation and standard procedures
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support after‑hours deployments
