Retail Management Trainee - NextGen Manager Initiative
The NextGen Manager Initiative is Xiaomi Malaysia’s fast-track development program designed to shape future store leaders. Over 12 months, you’ll gain hands‑on experience, leadership training, and mentorship—preparing you to become a Store Manager by the end of the journey. This is not a desk job. It’s a launchpad for ambitious individuals who want to lead, grow, and make an impact in the world of tech retail.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual standards
- Support team scheduling, coaching, and performance tracking
- Analyze store KPIs and contribute to business decisions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on marketing and outreach
- Shadow experienced managers and take on leadership responsibilities
