• Month-End Closing : Conduct month-end closing activities, including obtaining reports and posting entries.
• Journal Vouchers : Prepare and review Journal Vouchers (JVs) for month-end entries.
• Account Reconciliation : Ensure Guest Ledger Balance, Clearing Accounts, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable are reconciled before month-end.
• Fees and Notifications : Establish Corporate Marketing and Management Fees, notify corporate after reporting.
• Finalization and Distribution : Finalize figures with management and distribute financial statements.
• Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliation : Prepare and review monthly Balance Sheet and bank reconciliations.
• General Cashier Oversight : Ensure General Cashier (GC) activities and float requirements are in order.
• Accounts Payable Management : Oversee timely payments.
• Training and SOPs : Develop and use Lesson Plans & SOPs to train subordinates.
• Deadline Adherence : Observe all internal and external deadlines.
• Assistance and Oversight : Assist and oversee department sections in the absence of the Director of Finance.
• General Ledger Management : Ensure accurate recording of financial data.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare and submit various financial reports and reconciliations to corporate and owning offices.
• Audit Supervision : Supervise Income Audit Team and review daily income reports.
• Discrepancy Reporting : Report discrepancies and suggest resolutions.
• Chart of Accounts Maintenance : Maintain chart of accounts and interface coding.
• Purchase Requisitions : Assign accounting codes for purchase requisitions
