Job Description
- Anchor and Guild Management : Enhance guild management and anchor quality through targeted training and support, while selecting and developing top anchors and guilds.
- User and Guild Support : Provide comprehensive assistance with users and guild queries, concerns, and issues.
- Host Recruitment : Identify and recruit potential guilds and quality anchors in Malaysia to partner with the platform.
- Event Coordination : Assist in planning and executing organizational activities, facilitate communication among all parties, and ensure smooth operations.
- Translation Support : Translate documents, communications, and inquiries across Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Operational Support : Assist in handling routine tasks, including official announcements, user inquiries, and summary reports.
