Manager, GrabFin Regional Strategy & Partnerships

Job descriptionYou will help shape regional consumer FinTech strategy by developing winning propositions for GFin's growing consumer portfolio, optimizing distribution and inter‑product / vertical linkages, executing on strategic partnership opportunities and helping manage overall business performance. You will also help define and execute Grab's web3 strategy – which includes managing current partnerships and exploring new ones, prioritizing use cases aligned to Grab's strategic goals and executing pilots with partners and other stakeholders. You will provide strategic advice to senior leadership on key issues, such as strategic initiatives, business plans and investments, using rigorous analysis and systems‑level thinking. Strategy Development : You will help define and execute the overall strategy for Grab's consumer fintech and web3 businesses, which could include opportunity sizing, customer segmentation, value proposition development, competitive positioning, customer lifecycle optimization and execution of pilots & experiments. Cross‑Functional Collaboration : You will lead or support high‑impact cross‑functional projects, working closely with Vertical, Product, Country, Risk, Tech, Data, Marketing, Strategic Finance and / or Corporate Development teams. Market Analysis & Insights : You will monitor market trends, competitive landscape and user behavior to identify new opportunities and inform decision making. Strategic Partnerships : You will drive strategic partnerships relevant to Grab's consumer fintech and web3 businesses, which could involve tasks such as partner management, business case development, project management and due diligence. A degree with good honours; MBA an added advantage At least 3 or more years of experience in strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, product management, business development or equivalent roles Experience (or demonstrated interest) in Fintech, consumer technology and / or web3 an added advantage Experience with quantitative analysis (e.g. financial modelling and data manipulation) Experience constructing and delivering clear presentations to senior executives Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies Creative and comfortable with 'blank sheet of paper' assignments Up to 15% travel may be required We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance .
