Job description

Job Description :

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Source and liaise with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
  • Maintain and update supplier and inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
  • Support in office operations and ensure proper documentation control.
  • Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing and administrative processes.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in administration or purchasing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
