Job Description :
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and documentation.
Assist in preparing purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
Source and liaise with suppliers to obtain the best price and quality.
Maintain and update supplier and inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
Support in office operations and ensure proper documentation control.
Communicate with internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing and administrative processes.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of working experience in administration or purchasing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
