To work closely with the Head of Sales & Marketing and the department in achieving the set sales targets and continuously improving the growth & profitability of the company.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for :
- Carrying out sales, leasing, and marketing for all properties and projects under Area Management.
- Driving sales performance both internally and externally through business associates, real estate agencies, and other prospects to meet monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Producing weekly sales reports and activity updates by project. Liaising with property agents regarding sales activities and planning.
- Planning and strategizing overall digital marketing management. Monitoring postings, content, and promotional campaigns on social media.
- Liaising with advertising agencies and suppliers for marketing promotions, activities, events, and roadshows, and coordinating with the finance department on purchase orders and invoices according to company SOP.
- Preparing, following up, and circulating database updates on inquiries and prospects by project with potential for closure.
- Conducting market research / surveys for development planning and site visits for other projects.
- Coordinating with projects on relevant authority matters if necessary.
- Participating in exhibitions, launches, events, or roadshows as required.
- Providing guidance and training to appointed agents periodically.
- Preparing and providing sales kits and materials to appointed agents.
- Following up on bookings, SPA signings, loan documentation, and other administrative tasks with clients and agents.
- Assisting in preparing marketing reports, presentation materials, and performing other sales & marketing duties under the guidance of the supervisor.
- Managing and maintaining the branding and premium image of Area Management across properties and businesses. Attending to client complaints promptly with feedback and updates to superiors.
- Maintaining a positive customer service image when interacting with clients. Carrying out customer contact activities to ensure satisfaction through mailers or follow-up calls.
