We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on E‑commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced digital environment and is deeply familiar with platform operations, content creation, and campaign execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee accounts.
• Ensure product listings are accurate, optimised and up-to-date.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and traffic.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform‑specific events.
• Coordinate and produce engaging content including product shoots, livestreams, and short‑form videos.
• Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer service coordination.
• Analyze sales data and generate performance reports to guide decision‑making.
• Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
