Part-Time Fitness Trainer

ok We're looking for a passionate and motivating Fitness Trainer to keep our internal team active and healthy.

You'll run 3 online fitness sessions per week, provide nutrition guidance via WhatsApp, and coach during our monthly outdoor activities (hiking, bootcamp, badminton, fun run).

If you know how to design office-friendly programs, motivate people, and help them achieve results we want to talk.

Flexible, freelance basis. Monthly retainer (to be discussed based on experience & qualification)

Your Mission

• Lead 3 online fitness sessions per week for our internal team (session length up to you).
• Provide nutrition guidance & daily check-ins via WhatsApp group like meals, feedback, progress tracking.
• Coach and motivate the team during monthly outdoor activities (hiking, bootcamp, badminton, fun run).
• Design custom programs suitable for office-based staff.
• Keep the team active, fit, and on track towards healthy goals.
