Shipping and Documentation Executive

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process documents including Purchase Orders, invoices, Packing List and any other related documents.
• Handle and ensure accuracy and timeliness on customer inquiries related to shipping, delivery times, and order tracking.
• Capable of processing shipment bookings online efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure customer's orders details are accurately & timely updated into the system.
• Responsible to update the system on each job work flow, do billing and submit job for closing once job complete.
• Track shipments from dispatch to delivery using ERP, TMS (Transportation Management System) or carrier portals.
• Maintain shipping logs and MIS reports, including freight cost analysis, delivery timelines and delays.
• Ensure that all documentation meets import / export regulations.
• Generate and analyze reports on shipping performance and customer satisfaction.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks from time to time from the superior.
