About the role
As an HR Generalist / Specialist in the company, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's human resources functions. Based in Kuala Lumpur, this full-time position involves overseeing a range of HR responsibilities to support the growth and development of our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures;
- Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation, leaves, etc);
- Process employees' requests and provide relevant information;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus, leaves, time attendance, etc;
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes;
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications;
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies;
- Provide administrative support for HR executives.
What we're looking for
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or relevant field;At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Human Resource related, Administrative work);Required Skill(s) : Computer literacy, experience with MS Office applications, knowledge of Labor Legislation;Preferably Junior / Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent;Candidate will act as a General HR for this job position;Excellent organizational and time-management skills;Proficient in English, and able to speak in Mandarin would be an advance (to deal with Mandarin speaking Management / client).What we offer
