Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruitment & HR Specialist to handle full-cycle recruitment while supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, exit processes, and daily operational HR matters. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job specifications.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Coordinate interview schedules and gather hiring feedback.
- Prepare and present job offers, negotiate terms, and finalize hiring.
2. Onboarding
Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires.Prepare employment documents, collect staff information, and ensure system updates.Arrange tools, emails, and equipment needed for new employees in coordination with IT / Admin.Ensure a smooth first-day experience and successful orientation process.3. Exit Management
Handle resignation processes and exit interviews.Prepare termination / clearance forms and final payment summaries.Ensure proper return of company property and access deactivation.Compile feedback for exit reports and trend analysis.4.Training Development
Organise staff training and development programs by conducting Training Need Analyssi and Yearly Training Plan.Liaise with training providers and coordinate all the training programConduct post training evaluation programmes effectively as to achieve its objectives.5. HR Operations Support
Support HR operation and participate in HR projects.Liaise with Admin and other departments to support workforce and office needs.Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency), experiences in SEA recruitment will be added advantages.Proven ability to source and hire candidates in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws related to hiring.Familiar with recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and social media sourcing.Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and meet hiring deadlines.Job Type : Full-time
