ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Property Executive with a strong background in building management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with statutory requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Project Planning and Coordination
- Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met.
- Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.
2. Execution and Monitoring
Support the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to approved plans and standards.Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely updates to the Project Manager or senior management.Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and necessary actions.3. Risk Management
Identify, evaluate, and document project risks.Assist in developing mitigation strategies and ensure implementation of risk management plans.4. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, agreements, meeting minutes, and other records.Support post-project evaluations, preparing lessons-learned reports for process improvements.Coordinate with and report to Project Management Team Lead closely to ensure successful project delivery and closure.5. Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback channels.6. Process Improvement
Participate in reviewing and enhancing project management processes and tools for better efficiency.Propose innovative solutions to streamline project execution.QUALIFICATION
Equivalent to Diploma or higherMin 3 years experience in Building Management Property and basic accounting is preferred.OTHER SKILLS
Good command of spoken and written English and MalayGood interpersonal, organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to interact at all levels.Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards of integrity, and possesses the drive for self-development.Have an understanding of the project life cycle.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, power point, visio) will be an advantage.Able to travel to project sites (residential areas) following the client's availability.Job Type : Full-time
