ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Property Executive with a strong background in building management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in managing commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with statutory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Planning and Coordination

  • Assist in developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are well-understood and met.
  • Monitor and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

2. Execution and Monitoring

  • Support the execution of project tasks, ensuring adherence to approved plans and standards.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks, and provide timely updates to the Project Manager or senior management.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and necessary actions.

    • 3. Risk Management

  • Identify, evaluate, and document project risks.
  • Assist in developing mitigation strategies and ensure implementation of risk management plans.

    • 4. Documentation and Reporting

  • Maintain and organise project documentation, including contracts, agreements, meeting minutes, and other records.
  • Support post-project evaluations, preparing lessons-learned reports for process improvements.
  • Coordinate with and report to Project Management Team Lead closely to ensure successful project delivery and closure.

    • 5. Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate feedback channels.

    • 6. Process Improvement

  • Participate in reviewing and enhancing project management processes and tools for better efficiency.
  • Propose innovative solutions to streamline project execution.

    • QUALIFICATION

  • Equivalent to Diploma or higher
  • Min 3 years experience in Building Management Property and basic accounting is preferred.

    • OTHER SKILLS

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Malay
  • Good interpersonal, organisational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
  • Pro-active, confident, a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and high standards of integrity, and possesses the drive for self-development.
  • Have an understanding of the project life cycle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office products (word, excel, power point, visio) will be an advantage.
  • Able to travel to project sites (residential areas) following the client's availability.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : Up to RM5,000.00 per month
