Job descriptionDiploma / Degree or higher. English (B2 CEFR or above) + Fluent in Mandarin / Cantonese. Min. 1 year Trainer / SME experience in BPO / Contact Centre (Senior : 3+ years preferred). Strong facilitation, content development & coaching skills. Experience in e-commerce / marketplace accounts is a plus. Able to work on-site in Johor, Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri.
