Responsibility

Provide exceptional support to our Mandarin-speaking customers via email, and chat.

Resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with our team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in English.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Experience in customer service is a plus, but not required well train you!
