About the Role
Deliver a personalized and positive experience to walk-in customers and agency members at the KL Main Branch. This is a
non-sales role
focused on service, support, and customer care. Responsibilities
Provide accurate product and service information through face-to-face interactions. Promote and educate customers on self-service facilities. Resolve service issues and complaints with end-to-end solutions. Handle escalations and recommend resolutions. Participate in projects and training sessions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Support other branches when needed. Perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply). Fluent in
Mandarin
(spoken and written) to support Mandarin-speaking customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about customer service and problem-solving. Team-oriented, adaptable, and professional. Able to handle customers and agents at all levels. What We Offer
